City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 Combined
(Level 2 Certificate for Dog Grooming Assistants & Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming)
This course is ideal for anyone looking to become a qualified professional dog groomer. The course takes you from no experience, to developing advanced practical grooming skills, including styling to breed standards, health checking, handling, customer care, and salon safety. It is a nationally recognised qualification that can help learners gain employment in grooming salons, work as a self-employed groomer, or even start their own business. Many employers value the Level 3 qualification because it demonstrates professional industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and a strong commitment to animal welfare and care.
