We take care of your dog's every need during their stay with us, whether they’re a regular or occasional visitor. 

They will enjoy walks, playtime in our indoor playden, cuddles with our fully trained and qualified Canine Carers as well as rest and relaxation.

Drop Off and Collection

Drop Off and Collection is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. 

​

At booking, we ask for specific drop off and collection times.  This is compulsory and ensures that staff are ready to accept your dog. 

​

If you arrive outside of your booked time slot, then you will have to wait for the next available slot.

​

 At drop off, we will confirm a collection time with you. Again this helps us plan and ensures your dog is ready at collection time.

​

We no longer accept drop off of day care dogs between  08:15 and 09:00 Monday to Friday. 

​

This has been designed to help you.  We have split drop off for day care dogs away from grooming. 

Both now have their own dedicated drop off and collection times. This major change is designed to help the car park situation. We will reassess this in the future and hope that you will let us know about any changes you may like too.

·        First, we do an Initial Meet and Greet for us to get to know each other

·         Secondly, a Settling in Package is set up to introduce your dog/s to our day care centre

FAQs

Is there a minimum age you accept at day care?

We accept dogs of all ages. Puppies must be fully vaccinated and can only be accepted for an initial meet and greet two weeks after receiving their second vaccination 

​

What breeds can you accept?

We accept dogs of all breeds. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate giant breeds and some large breeds due to the layout of our day care centre.

Is our Day Care suitable for all dogs?

Our Initial Meet and Greet and Settling Packages make sure that our day care is right for your dog

​

How long will it take to complete the Settling in Package?

We like a minimum of one month.  However, some dogs may progress quickly through this, others may require more time.

Can you accept dogs who haven’t attended an Initial Meet and Greet and Settling in Package?

We want to make sure our day care is right for all dogs prior to full bookings so sadly, no.

​

Will my dog be exercised?

Yes! We have several outside walking routes for on-lead sessions. We also have an indoor playden for dogs to explore and free run in! This is also used during extreme weather conditions.

Do I have to pre-book, or can I just turn up on the day?

For the safety of our dogs and staff at the centre, and to enable pre-planning, all dogs must be booked prior to the day required.

Does my dog need to neutered?

This is discretionary, please contact us to discuss further

Entire males will be considered pending behaviour at the Initial Meet and Greet and current numbers of entire males using our services. Females can attend spayed or unspayed, however, you must notify us if they are in season prior to your booking. Due to changes in female behaviour during their season, we may ask you to keep your dog at home during this time

Why can't I drop my dog off between 08:15 and 09:00?​

We do not accept Day Care drop offs between 08:15 and 09:00 in order to reduce congestion and waiting times for both our grooming and day care visitors
